How to Place an Order Using a Purchase Order (PO)

 

Step 1: Register for a B2B Account

Log in to your existing B2B account, or register your school or organization's account if you're new to MEKA Sensory Play.

If you're registering for the first time, please wait for our team to review and approve your account. You'll receive an email confirmation once your account has been approved.

Once approved, you can log in, browse our products, and start placing orders.

Step 2: Choose Your Products

Browse our sensory play products and add the items you'd like to order to your cart.

Step 3: Apply Your Educational Discount

For orders of $500 or more, enter the discount code EDUCATE15 at checkout to receive 15% off your order.

Step 4: Request a Quote (If Needed)

Need a formal quote for purchasing approval? Simply contact our B2B team with your product list, quantities, and shipping address. We'll be happy to prepare one for you.

Step 5: Submit Your Purchase Order

Once your purchase is approved, send your official PO to our B2B team. We'll review the details and help arrange your order.

Step 6: Order Confirmation & Shipping

Once your PO is reviewed and accepted, we'll confirm your order details, payment terms, and shipping arrangements.
