Shipping Policy for Institutional Orders

We offer FREE standard shipping on eligible U.S. institutional orders over $300 shipped via standard carriers.

The following oversized products are excluded from free shipping due to their size and shipping requirements:

  • Triangle Mirror 5 in 1
  • Active World Light Panel

Shipping charges for these products are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location. Orders requiring pallet or less-than-truckload (LTL) freight delivery are also excluded from free shipping.

For institutional orders under $300, shipping costs are 10–15% of the order value before any discounts are applied.
