Wholesale Terms & Conditions

  • First order minimum: $1,500 USD (after applying the 40% discount)

  • 40% wholesale discount

  • Shipping paid in full by the customer

  • First order must be paid before shipping

  • Shipping is not included in the PO

  • Shipping costs will be confirmed once the PO is submitted, and a final invoice will be issued for payment.

Intellectual property. MEKA is a registered trademark of Point One International, Ltd. (U.S. Reg. No. 7,601,157, registered December 10, 2024, Principal Register, International Classes 20 and 28). MEKA also holds copyright in the designed and printed/manufactured inserts and setup guides supplied with the Products.

Proprietary features. The features that distinguish each Product are set out in Schedule A. To MEKA's knowledge, no other manufacturer offers a product with the same combination of features.
